Gap Stories

Graham and Ronda Ross were the fabric of Gap Youth and Community Centre for most of its existence. Graham and Ronda are famous along Gap Road for the work they put into the centre.

Whilst interviewing Gappies for the 40th year anniversary they all proudly spoke of the work Graham and Ronda Ross did, be it the work Graham did with James Swan and many other young lads introducing them to boxing.

Others remember the countless hours of leather work and the skills that Graham passed onto them.

There was one common memory, however, and that was going out bush with Graham and Ronda, horse riding, camping and even shooting. The work Graham and Ronda put into the centre and the wider community has touched many lives and we are grateful to have them as part of Gap history.
